1Acceptance & Platform Scope
By registering an account, listing a shop, or searching for local service providers on SewaCircle360 ("Platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. SewaCircle360 is a hyper-local directory platform operated under MSME registration UDYAM-PB-06-0045727.
2User & Merchant Guidelines
Users and shop owners agree to the following operational terms:
- Accurate Listings: Shop owners must provide truthful business names, contact details, service rates, and working hours.
- Direct Customer Relations: Transactions and work agreements take place directly between customers and service providers. SewaCircle360 charges zero transaction fees.
- Prohibited Behavior: Spamming, submitting fraudulent business details, or posting abusive reviews will result in permanent listing ban.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
SewaCircle360 offers subscription plans (Verified & Sponsored listings) to enhance local shop visibility. Our refund policy ensures fairness and transparency:
● 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase a paid merchant subscription plan and are unsatisfied with the listing features, you may request a 100% refund within 7 days of payment.
● Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, send an email to support.sewacircle360@gmail.com with your registered shop email and transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4Limitation of Liability & Disputes
SewaCircle360 acts as a directory platform. We do not employ listed service providers nor guarantee third-party work quality. For service disputes, users can utilize our Dispute Portal for mediation.
